Delete your data

How to disconnect Facebook, Instagram and other services from CoreHub, and how to have your information deleted.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Disconnect Facebook and Instagram in CoreHub

  1. Log in to CoreHub as the shop's admin.
  2. Go to Settings › Integrations › Facebook & Instagram.
  3. Press Disconnect.

CoreHub stops updating your catalogue straight away and deletes the access keys Facebook gave us. Any other connection (Xero, Shopify and so on) is disconnected the same way, on its own page under Settings › Integrations.

2. Or remove CoreHub from Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or, in Meta Business Suite, Settings › Integrations › Connected apps).
  2. Find CoreHub and choose Remove.

CoreHub can no longer reach your Facebook or Instagram account, and we delete the access keys we held for it.

3. Products already on Facebook

The product catalogue belongs to your Facebook business account, so it stays there after you disconnect. You can delete the catalogue or its products yourself in Meta Commerce Manager.

4. Ask us to delete your data

To have CoreHub delete the information we hold about you or your shop, including anything received from Facebook or Instagram, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address on your CoreHub account. Tell us your shop's name and what you'd like deleted.

We confirm when it's done, within 20 working days. We may need to keep some records for longer where the law requires it (for example, invoices for tax). See our privacy policy for more.
