About plans and billing
How do I get started?
Click Get started, pick your kind of business, confirm your email with the code we send and add a password. Your shop is made straight away and you land on your own screen.
Is there a setup fee or hardware I have to buy?
No setup fee. CoreHub runs on the computer, iPad or phone you already have. On Shop Plus your EFTPOS terminal is included; on Shop you can connect a supported terminal you already have.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Move up when you add staff, stock or a second shop, or move down if things get quieter.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. Your data is yours. We provide exports on request, and keep your data for at least 30 days after you cancel in case you change your mind.
Will you help me move from my current system?
Yes. We'll help bring across customers, stock and history where your old system allows it, usually as part of the free walkthrough.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are in New Zealand dollars, plus GST: Website $20, Shop $25 and Shop Plus $65 a month. The parts supplier plan is $10 a week plus GST.
